(Defendant is guilty of Count II, child Molesting, Level 4 Felony, in cause no. 80C01-1505-F1-000172. Defendant shall be sentenced at the discretion of the Tipton Circuit Court. Defendant shall serve the presumptive sentence of six (6) years in the Dept. of Corrections, with good time credit. One (1) year suspended and placed on supervised proation for sex offenders. Defendant has Two Hundred Eighty-Two (282) days credit towards this sentence. Defendant to pay court costs of One Hundred Eighty-Five (185.00) dollars and a One Hundred ($100.00) dollar sex offender fee upon release from incarceration. State to dismiss the remaining counts in this cause and 80C01-1701-CM-00029 in its entirety.)
